The where and why of Quantum
While our parent company Jaluch Ltd generates 50% of its revenue through employment law and HR support, the Quantum Leadership Academy is dedicated to leadership growth. We offer a range of solutions including courses, coaching, eLearning modules, interactive games, experiential learning, and extended development programmes – all designed to build confidence and competence in managers and leaders at every stage of their journey.
Developed by Jaluch Ltd, a trusted HR services and learning & development provider for nearly 30 years, our head office is in Hampshire (UK), but we serve clients across the UK and beyond. From multinational corporations with multiple locations to local organisations, we tailor our training to meet the needs of each business, whether that’s on site in person or online.
We take pride in delivering high-quality, impactful training. To maintain this quality we have a talented, dedicated team of in-house learning designers and developers who create all our bespoke live training courses, digital modules, and games. This gives us the ability to tailor everything we offer to our clients needs. Innovation and expertise drive everything we do.
