Not sure where to start?
This depends on your managers experience, but we recommend that all managers do key process learning (Core) in their first month with you, with occasional refreshers for all managers.
Following this, managers typically take part in live sessions covering essential management topics and skills. For experienced managers and leaders, or those you want to invest in further, consider the Advanced programme.

Our advanced programme aims to cultivate the soft skills necessary for effective team leadership and management. Managers going through the Advanced programme will need existing foundational skills and knowledge, either from our Core programme or because they are already experienced managers.
As with our Core Programme, you have the option to choose a single or multiple delivery methods to create a blended approach.

Yes, you have full flexibility over the content. Management and leadership topics complement each other and can create comprehensive learning experience. We can discuss learning objectives with you and blend the topics where needed.
Recent studies have shown that employees using a blended learning approach retain 25-30% more material, with 70% of employees saying they prefer a blended approach. However, every organisation is unique so whether you’d like a blended approach, digital only or live only we can work with you to create the perfect solution.
All our programmes are designed to be flexible and to work around the needs of your business. We can deliver monthly, fortnightly or weekly sessions as well as compressed programmes where training can be delivered every day over a shorter period of time. You can choose to add in digital learning to cover some of topics in between sessions which can speed up learning.
You can choose face-to-face or live online sessions, with or without digital learning and games, or a mix of everything! It may be that some teams in your business can easily gather for face-to-face sessions but other departments or teams are spread out across the country, or world, so live-online sessions would be the best option.
Yes, accessibility is part of what we do. We can tailor our programmes, and use audio and visual aids, to make them accessible to all. This includes those who are neurodiverse (dyslexic, ADHD, autistic etc) or have specific hearing, sight, or language requirements.
